Investigating - There's a known, industry-wide trend affecting USPS shipments across all platforms — not specific to us or your account. Some counterfeit shipping labels are being created elsewhere in the USPS system, which can occasionally cause a tracking update to show an unfamiliar delivery address, even though your package will still arrive as expected.
What to do:
If you notice a tracking update showing an incorrect delivery address, please contact Customer Support. If you believe you were charged a shipping adjustment fee in error, please contact us as well.
Thank you for your patience.

Monitoring -
We are aware that some sellers experienced USPS rejecting Mercari prepaid shipping labels as "unpaid postage" earlier today (August 14). This is a USPS-side issue. USPS has applied a temporary fix, if your label wasrejected, please try dropping off your package again. It should now be accepted.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will update this page as we learn more.
